Design of Frame Refer to Ducting

Cold to Cold - when both flanges are attached to internally insulated ducting
Hot to Hot - when both of the mating flanges operate at the exhaust gas temperature. The design of the hot frame allows the liner to thermally grow at a different rate than the outer fabric flange by the conical section.
Hot to Cold - when one of the flanges operates at the exhaust gas temperature and the other is attached to an internally insulated ducting.
